Open any product, choose your options (size, colour, finish), then upload your photo, name or logo. You will see a live preview, and we email a free digital proof before printing.

We accept JPG, PNG and PDF. For the sharpest print, upload images at least 1000px on the shorter side. For logos, a vector PDF or high-res PNG with a transparent background works best.

Personalised items are made to order and dispatched within 2 working days of proof approval. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days; express options are available in metros.

Because they are custom-made, personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, we will reprint or refund it within 7 days.
